At Baserange, we value the longevity of our garments and offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, underwear and swimwear must be returned with the protective adhesive strip intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the printed return form inside the parcel to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
